Maths Websites
I thought this lot might be helpful rather than scrolling through the internet trying to find good maths sites to visit.
These are the best we have found so far.

If you know of anymore that are worth having a look at please email me the link.

Thanks Susannah Franks

http://www.mathplayground.com/games.html - Fun maths thinking games. Lots of high interest games topics

http://www.multiplication.com/games/play/ - Games that improve multiplication.

http://www.multitables.com/ - More multiplication games. Quite a cluttered page to navigate but it still has some really good things on it.
http://maths.prototec.co.nz    Online basic facts practice for Stages 2-7

http://www.coolmath4kids.com/ - Maths games for all ages covering all areas of maths.

http://resources.woodlands.kent.sch.uk/maths/index.html - Maths activities for all ages. This is a British site - SATs do not apply to students in New Zealand.

www.sheppardsoftware.com/math.htm  -  A huge number of games over a wide variety of maths topics.  As this is an American site please avoid the measurement games.

For practise in Maths and Reading

Children are allowed to bring their devices in from
Monday 20th February.

Please make sure they are charged up and ready to go.

If your child does not have a device yet - don't worry we will have 3-4 classroom computers available for them to use.

This tab will be used to list good websites and links to use with your children, and any home e-learning that they can do to support the classroom programme.
